To be able to provide the best level of care possible, I do not accept insurance; however, I do provide a superbill.  Many patients with PPO insurance can turn in this superbill to their insurance carrier and get reimbursed for a significant portion of their appointment.  It is best to check with your insurance carrier to see what your insurance plan will cover.  I would be considered an "Out of Network" provider.

 

My Hermosa Beach office is on the border of Manhattan Beach and Hermosa Beach.  I am located at the corner of Prospect Avenue and Artesia Boulevard (across the street from Mira Costa High School), in suite 204.  Free parking is available on the ground floor, street, or lower level of the building.
